Apart from that, if you feel dizziness, nausea, or angina (pain, tightness, discomfort, numbness, or tingling in the chest, arms, neck, or jaw) during sex, it is recommended that you refrain from further intercourse and immediately notify your health care provider. As is the case with any other drug, overdose can have a significant bearing on your health.
